No sneakers and jackets are allowed on the treatment bed
No phone calls are allowed in the treatment room. If you need to keep your phone on you in case of an emergency, you may do so. I am happy to let you know who is calling you if you are here for a lash appointment and your eyes are closed.
Please put your phone on silent.
Please come makeup-free for lash appointments. All facials include makeup removal, if needed.

All appointments require a booking fee that will go into your balance for the service. All fees are not charged equally, as they depend on the service. All booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Booking fees are transferable only if the cancellation/rescheduled appointment was made no less than 24 hrs prior to the scheduled appointment time. Only one reschedule is allowed per appointment.
